    If you are an existing ThirtySix Software customer, then we encourage you to use your customer portal and log your issue in your issues database. Our support team is immediately alerted when an issue is created or updated in your database, and use of this database will ensure all of your issues and resolutions are stored in a central location.
  • Send us an email.
    You can send an email to our support team at support@thirtysix.net. In your email, be sure to include as much detail as possible regarding your issue. In addition, any sample documents or screenshots you can include in your message will help with the investigation of your issue.
