SmartDocs Licensing and Pricing
SmartDocs consists of a Microsoft Word plug-in that is installed on client computers and a
server-side reusable content repository that is hosted in Microsoft SharePoint.
SmartDocs is licensed on a subscription basis and the reusable content repository can be hosted
and maintained by the customer or by ThirtySix Software.
SmartDocs Client Only – $60/user/month
The customer installs the SmartDocs plug-in on their local computers and the customer
hosts the reusable content repository.
- Includes access to all SmartDocs product updates (no upgrade fees).
- Includes web based product support.
- Customer installs and configures SharePoint on their servers.
- Customer creates and configures SmartDocs repositories in SharePoint.
Consulting services are available to assist the customer with the installation and configuration
of SharePoint.
SmartDocs Client + Hosted Repository – $95/user/month
The customer installs the SmartDocs plug-in on their local computers and
ThirtySix Software hosts the reusable content repository.
- Includes access to all SmartDocs product updates (no upgrade fees).
- Includes web based product support.
- ThirtySix Software hosts SharePoint for customer.
- ThirtySix Software creates and configures SmartDocs repositories in SharePoint.
- Hosted environment is secure and backed-up daily.
The hosted pricing listed above reflects a standard SmartDocs hosted environment.
A one time set-up fee is required to create and configure your hosted SharePoint server.
