• Reusable Snippets. Reuse rich content (e.g., paragraphs, tables, images) within and across Microsoft Word documents.
• Document Assembly. Quickly build new Microsoft Word documents from already authored and approved reusable content.
• Notifications. Content authors are alerted when reusable content that they have reused is updated.
• Enterprise Level Reusable Text. Reusable elements can now be defined at an enterprise level, enabling an organization to easily streamline naming conventions.
